About RSB

RSB Marketing & Sales is a full service independent sales representative firm servicing the consumer electronics market in New England. Our primary customers are audio-video specialty retailers and custom home integrator/installers. We also sell a wholesale club, factory outlet chain and some wholesale distributors. States serviced included Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont.

The company was founded in June 1978, and after the founder retired the company was taken over by the present management and continued under the same name.

Our three key operating tenets are:

• 1. Provide exemplary service to our customers and principals.
• 2. Be forthright and honest.
• 3. Do the job right, details are important so do not assume.

Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday EST. Our office always has a friendly, helpful person to answer calls and insure questions are answered accurately and information supplied promptly.
